The Skating At pop-up ice rink will once again be bringing the icy nights (and days) to you. Skate in the heart of one of Melbourne’s most iconic suburbs where the atmosphere, entertainment, and nightlife is all wrapped up into one.

The rink will be open both day and night so you can practice your moves, take the family out, or go on ‘date night’ under the stars.

Themed nights are back

Ever heard of ‘Skate and date’ Tuesday’s? Experience a romantic-themed skate night every Tuesday night at the Skating At rink. Spend the night gliding under the stars to some love-struck tunes, just like in the movies.

Ice Ice Baby’ Thursday nights are now a thing! Yep. Every Thursday night, Skating At ice rink turns up the tunes and plays the best of R&B from the ‘90s and ‘00s. Heat up the ice rink with some old school dance moves.

There’s ‘Kanga the skating aid’ for those a little unsure on their skates. “Kanga” gives extra support for newbies, but don’t worry about falling, knee and elbow pads are available for hire.

Will the rink be overcrowded?

The rink is expected to peak late afternoon and evening. It’s usually busy during school holidays but the capacity on the ice rink is capped, so you don’t have to battle your way through crowds on the ice.
