Well, you have come to the right place… the best place in fact. At Flour Child, we are officially hosting our very own pinsa making masterclass with Head Pizza Chef, Lola.
Learn the ancient secrets behind making the perfect pinsa dough – it’s in the way we make it! You will begin to understand the importance of the mixing process, using a remarkable combination of flours- Soy Flour, Rice Flour, 00 Wheat Flour and Dry Yeast. This class is broken into four different portions: Rolling the pinsa romana balls, stretching the dough, toppings and our favourite part – the tasting!!
If you have ever dined with us before, then you will know that we only use only the freshest ingredients for the toppings, with the most innovative combinations, so we want to give you the chance to make your own masterpiece, as well as, take some home to enjoy!
