Readings is an independent Australian retailer and online merchant of fine books, music and film. Readings St Kilda supports numerous independent publishers such as Affirm Press, Going Down Swinging, Sleepers and many other locally produced writings. The St Kilda location has iconic origins – it was formerly the independent bookshop Cosmos – as well as its own famous clientele, such as musicians Paul Kelly and Nick Cave.
